Philosophy Body Souffle in Creme Brulee - Review

I didn't realize until after I already had this post mostly written that this product doesn't seem to be available anymore. Darn! However, since the post is already written, I'm going to post it anyway. :-)

I have a problem when it comes to good smelling lotion. I buy way too much of it. The real problem is that I primarily use lotion on my hands. I should use it more on my body, but I just don't because I get lazy and don't want to mess with it.

One of the current lotions in my collection is a body souffle from Philosophy in the scent Creme Brulee (Can anyone tell me how to add the accents to creme brulee and souffle? It drives me nuts that they aren't there, but I don't know how to add symbols on here.) I picked it up a while ago in a value set that had a body wash and lip shine in the same scent.

First of all, I love the scent. Philosophy does an awesome job with their scents. If their products weren't so expensive, I would probably buy their body washes all the time.

The thing that really stands out to me with this lotion is that it doesn't feel greasy and absorbs really quickly. My hands feel softer after I've rubbed it in, but I can't really feel the actual lotion anymore. I love that. I don't feel like I'm getting lotion all over my keyboard or phone after I use it. The downside of it absorbing really quickly is that it isn't moisturizing enough when my hands are super dry.I need to reach for something a bit thicker.

Overall, it's a good product that I really like. I wasn't really planning on repurchasing unless it came in a good value set again, but now that it looks like I can't get it, I'm really disappointed.

Do you have any recommendations for quick absorbing hand or body lotions for when I'm done with this one?

    1. Ooo...I have a small tube of Hand Food that I put away because I've been trying to use up other lotions. Time to dig it back out.
