When I was taking blog pictures on Sunday, I was contemplating what review I wanted to do for my Tuesday post. I had the Tarina Tarantino Eye Dream Duo in Jasper/Agate sitting on my makeup desk, and I realized that it would be a great time to review it.
I picked it up back when all Tarina Tarantino items were on clearance on Sephora's website. I held off reviewing it since it wasn't available for purchase. However, since then Tarina Tarantino has opened its own website to sell their products.
The Eye Dream Duos are currently retailing for $19.
Packaging
The Eye Dream Duo is housed in an elegant, pewter-colored palette. It isn't overly bulky. The interior of the lid has a mirror, but the palette doesn't include any applicators. The lack of an applicator is actually a good thing in my opinion because I don't usually use the cheap applicators included with palettes like this, and I prefer having a smaller palette that doesn't include room for an applicator.
One of the nice details with this palette is that the bottom label not only includes the name of the individual shades, they are color coded so that there is no question about which shade is which.

Final Thoughts
These shadows are excellent in quality, and I love the soft colors of this duo because they are really easy to wear. They can make an no-brainer daytime look that is definitely safe for work.
Did you grab anything when Tarina Tarantino was on clearance at Sephora? Have you checked out the brand's new website?
